The PPOACCC Board of Directors recognizes that concerns may arise from members with regard to labor issues, which may include but are not limited to: allegations of unfair labor practices, possible disciplinary actions against employees, inquires regarding the interpretation of the Memorandum of Understanding, and questions that may arise with regard to Association practices.
The Board requests that concerns be raised as soon as possible after the occurrence, because this may help with the resolution of the issue at an early stage.
These forms are not intended to replace current department, county, civil service, and/or Peace Officer Bill of Rights appeal processes or remedies. The purpose is to provide our members with another method to notify the Board of any concerns.
Members may also use the current process of notifying a Board member, or Shop Stewart of an issue or concern. All members may consider pursuing the matter through the processes afforded county employees/peace officers on an individual basis.
